Shipping Policy
The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy:
Domestic Shipping Policy
- Orders are processed within 1 – 2 business days.
- The average shipping period is 4 – 12 business days, including the time for the pharmacy to prepare the order and expedited shipping. Shipping time may be affected by high demand for items or holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High volumes of orders may result in shipment delays. Please allow additional days for delivery during transit.
- Expedited shipping is free for all orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent once a tracking number for your order has been generated.
Taxes
Somi Health is not responsible for any taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, including taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Somi Health is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
Shipping outside the U.S. is currently not available.
Returns Policy
We cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale, and all sales are final. If there is an error in the filling of your prescription, please contact us at [email protected].
